Report Cards for the Family

This is a work in progress and we will report the filings of your families review from each county in Ohio (all 88 counties), who has the best programs for supporting family members on their journey as a family with Substance Use Disorder. If you are a family member and have received services from an organization, you are invited to complete and submit a Family ~ Consumer REPORT CARD.

HERE IS WHY:

As we visit each county, a Family~Consumer Report Card format will be delivered to those groups running a best practice program for families. . We are going to gather and reviewed each program while we are in your area. A meeting inviting all counties, will be held prior to leaving your quadrant, to present our finding from your area. This will be collected by each of the four quadrants in each county of Ohio.

After all four quadrants are visited, a consolidation of program findings will be analyzed and rated for effectiveness based on an established criteria. The results will be published and the reader will find, good programs get a strong rating, poor programs or no programs will also be reported.

The information will be published and redistributed back to the counties for families to use as a reference guide in finding resources within their areas. The chruches, agenies, case manager will also find this to be a helpful referral tool.

ALSO:

A recommendation will be sent to the organizations that participate in the county reviews. This will be a Bi-Annual publication.  Don't let your organization be passed by, contact us so we can include you to our visit schedule.  Call: 440.385.7605
